We provide pediatric healthcare services, house calls, and telehealth consultations without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, religion, sex, pregnancy status, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, familial status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and culturally sensitive environment for all children and their families. Our clinical staff undergoes ongoing professional development to deliver respectful, culturally competent care inside every home we visit.
Because our clinical encounters take place inside patient residences or via telehealth, we actively adapt our care delivery to ensure full accessibility for individuals with physical, developmental, or sensory disabilities:
Physical Accommodations: Our providers adapt portable diagnostic and therapeutic equipment to accommodate patients in their home environment.
Advance Notice: Please inform our scheduling team of any specific accommodations or physical needs prior to your scheduled house call so our team can prepare appropriately.
We recognize the linguistic diversity of Texas communities. Language assistance services—including qualified medical interpreters and translated written materials—are made available free of charge to non-English speaking patients and guardians with limited English proficiency.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior directed toward our patients, families, or clinical team members. Disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior in the home or during virtual care may result in immediate termination of the visit and formal discharge from the practice, subject to emergency stabilization obligations.
If you believe you or your child have experienced discrimination or that our practice has failed to provide required accessibility or language assistance services, you may file a grievance:
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) electronically through the OCR Complaint Portal, or by mail/phone:
